How do I wash it?
Machine or hand wash at 30°C (86°F), on delicate if you use the machine, with regular detergent. No bleach and no fabric softener, because they damage the gel.
Lay it flat or hang it to dry. Never use the dryer, which ruins the gel, and keep it out of direct sun so the color doesn't fade. Store it flat or hanging, and don't fold the gel bands or they'll lose their shape.
If you get 2-3 and rotate them through the week, they'll last twice as long.
