These terms apply to your use of the MiaShape online store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Promotions such as Buy 2, Get 1 FREE apply automatically as described on the site and may end at any time.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Product use

Our garments shape and smooth how clothes fit. They are not medical devices and make no medical claims. Follow the care label and stop wearing any item that feels uncomfortable.

All text, images and designs on this site belong to MiaShape or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
