Sizing

How do I pick my size?

Every product page has its own size chart (tap Size chart next to the bundle options). If you're between two sizes, take the larger one for all-day comfort, or the smaller one for firmer hold. Still unsure? Email support@miashape.com with your height, weight and usual size and we'll recommend one within 24 hours.

What if it doesn't fit?

Your first size exchange is free. Write to us with your order number and the size you need.

Wear & care

Is it comfortable to wear all day?

Yes. Our pieces use breathable four-way-stretch fabrics with soft, wide waistbands that don't roll or pinch, so you can wear them from morning to evening.

Will it show under tight clothes?

Seamless bonded edges and skin-tone shades are made to disappear under fitted dresses, white tops and bodycon outfits.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash cold or use a delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Lay flat to dry. No bleach, no tumble dryer, no ironing.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 24-48 hours on business days. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days; you'll see an estimate on the product page and at checkout, and get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do I pay customs or import fees?

No. Duties and taxes are included, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet we'll update or cancel it and refund you in full.

Returns & guarantee

What is the 100-day money-back guarantee?

You have 100 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund, even if you've worn and washed it. Return shipping is free.

How do I start a return?

Email support@miashape.com with your order number. Within 24-48 hours we'll send the return address and a free return label.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Structural defects under normal use: seams that open, elastics that fail, hooks that break. We'll replace the piece or issue store credit.
