You have 100 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, even if you've worn and washed it. Return shipping is free.

How to return

Email support@miashape.com with your name and order number (a reason is optional). Within 24-48 hours we'll confirm and send you the return address and a free return label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we refund you within 7 business days to your original payment method, with no fees. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Free size exchange

Your first size exchange is free. Tell us the size you need and we'll send it as soon as the original is on its way back.

Lifetime warranty

Items bought on our store are covered for life against structural defects under normal use (opened seams, failed elastics, broken hooks). We'll replace the item or issue store credit. Normal wear, snags from sharp objects and damage from washing against the care label are not covered.

Cancellations

To cancel, email us before your order is processed and we'll refund you in full within 7 business days. Once shipped, you can return it under the 100-day guarantee.

Digital products

Digital guides are delivered instantly. If there is a problem with your download, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have where you live.
