Description
They look like sheer black tights. Inside they're lined with thick fleece, so you can wear a mini skirt in January and not freeze.
Hides cellulite. Cellulite, stretch marks, veins and little marks disappear under the sheer black. Your legs look as smooth as a retouched photo.
Flat tummy. The high waistband holds your stomach flat and pulls your waist in the way shapewear does, without the bulk.
Lifted butt. One seam runs down the back instead of two, so it lifts your butt instead of squashing it. No diaper look.
Warm down to 5°F. Made for 41°F down to 5°F (+5°C to -15°C). The fleece is soft on your skin and nobody can tell it's there.
Hard to tear. Tested through 200+ washes. If a pair ever tears from a manufacturing defect, we replace it free, for life.
Wear them under skirts and dresses or with boots. Expect someone to ask which tights you're wearing.

Looks like sheer tights

Sizes run from XS to 3XL, and the lining comes in four shades, from very fair to very deep. Pick the one closest to your skin.
Sheer all the way to the toes. The foot is sheer too, so they still look like real tights in heels.

How are these different from fleece tights?
They're two layers. Outside is a sheer black knit. Inside is skin-tone fleece that keeps the heat in.
There's one seam down the back instead of two, so no diaper butt. The waistband is firm, so your tummy stays flat.
And they're tough. Regular tights run if you look at them wrong. These are really hard to tear.
Which size should I get?
Go by your weight:
- XS/S: 40-63 kg (88-139 lb)
- M/L: 59-84 kg (130-185 lb)
- L/XL: 79-100 kg (174-220 lb)
- 2XL/3XL: 98-136 kg (216-300 lb)
Between two sizes? Go up one.
How do I pick my shade?
The shade is the color of the fleece lining that shows through the black. There are four:
- Vanilla: very fair skin
- Tan: tanned skin
- Bronze: deeper skin
- Espresso: very deep skin
Pick the one closest to your actual skin. The usual mistake is fair skin picking Tan to look a little tanned, and then it looks too dark. Stuck between two? Go lighter.

Will they tear easily?
No, they're much tougher than normal tights. Still, keep them away from rough surfaces and sharp things, and wash them the way the label says.
If a pair tears because of a manufacturing defect, email support@miashape.com with your order number and a couple of photos. If it's covered, we send you a new pair and pay the shipping.

Are they really warm?
Yes. They're made for days down to 5°F (-15°C).
The fleece feels about as warm as pants, but from the outside you just see sheer black tights. Skirts and short dresses work all winter.
The fleece stops at the ankle and the feet aren't lined, so your feet don't sweat in boots.
Can people tell they're fleece-lined?
No. They look like sheer black tights with your skin tone showing through.
They still cover cellulite, stretch marks, veins and little marks.
Bend, sit, squat: the fleece never peeks through.
How do I wash them?
- Hand wash, or machine wash at 30°C (86°F)
- Delicate cycle
- No bleach
- No ironing
- Skip the dryer (or use low heat)
They hold up wash after wash. If you have 2 or 3 pairs and rotate them, each pair lasts even longer.
