Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales and holidays processing can take up to 3 business days.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates shown on product pages and at checkout are estimates. Orders with several items may ship in separate parcels.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track it any time on our Track your order page.

Duties and taxes

Duties and import taxes are included in our prices; you won't be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Address changes

Email support@miashape.com as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has been processed.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resend your order or refund it in full.
