Will it roll down when I sit?
No. That's the biggest problem with cheap shapewear, and fixing it was the whole point.
It's a bodysuit, so there's no separate waistband to roll. The fabric holds through its own stretch, not a silicone strip that irritates your skin. It stays where you put it when you sit, bend and dance.
Does it really shape, or is it just tight?
It really shapes, and that's a big difference.
"Just tight" squeezes everything the same, your ribs and your appetite included.

Is the thong part comfortable?
Yes, even though that's hard to believe for shapewear.
The thong is made from the same silky fabric as the rest of the bodysuit, with no rough edges or thin string digging in. It lies flat and moves with you, and after 10 minutes you forget it's a thong.
How do I use the bathroom without taking everything off?
There's a snap crotch. Undo two snaps, go, and do them up again. 5 seconds. You don't pull the whole thing down or undress in a stall, and there's no 10 minutes of fixing it afterward.
How do I wash it?
Machine or hand wash at 30°C (86°F) on delicate, with normal detergent. No bleach or softener. Softener breaks down elastane and kills the stretch.
Dry it flat or on a hanger, never in the dryer, because heat destroys the elastic fibers. Store it flat, not crumpled.
If you rotate 2-3 a week, each one lasts twice as long.
