High, flat waist. The band comes up well above your belly button. Boning inside keeps it flat, and silicone grip strips stop it sliding down.
Lift at the back. 3D shaping through the seat lifts and rounds your butt. There's no padding anywhere.
Nothing shows. The knit is seamless and the legs stop mid-thigh, so nothing rubs and no lines come through.

Does it roll down?
No. Boning stops the band folding over, and silicone strips inside grip your skin. We'd never make it without those two.
Will back fat get pushed over the top?
That's why the waist is high and the band is wide. Narrow bands dig in and leave a line. A wide band with boning spreads the pressure out, so nothing spills over.
Will I get too hot in it?
The knit is light, breathable and wicks moisture, so it works in summer too.
Can I breathe and eat in it?
Yes. It's high control: firm, but it shouldn't hurt. If you feel squeezed, the size is wrong, so go up one.
Does it add padding?
No. The lift comes from 3D shaping in the back panels. It's your own shape.
What size should I get?
Measure your waist and hips, then check the chart:
- XXS/XS (EU 32-34): waist 60-66 cm (23.6-26 in), hips 86-100 cm (33.9-39.4 in)
- S/M (EU 36-38): waist 67-82 cm (26.4-32.3 in), hips 101-113 cm (39.8-44.5 in)
- L/XL (EU 40-42): waist 83-99 cm (32.7-39 in), hips 114-127 cm (44.9-50 in)
- 2XL/3XL (EU 44-46): waist 100-114 cm (39.4-44.9 in), hips 128-137 cm (50.4-53.9 in)
- 4XL/5XL (EU 48-50): waist 115-127 cm (45.3-50 in), hips 138-147 cm (54.3-57.9 in)

How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold and hang it to dry. No bleach, softener, iron or tumble dryer. The silicone and the boning last longer that way.
